Risk insurance and reinsurance solution's Production Incentive Program for New Agents or Brokers
January 15, 2005 -- Risk Insurance and Reinsurance Solutions, Inc. (Risk) of Deerfield Beach, Florida, an established marketer of special risk products for people who are in high risk occupations or who have medical impairments and who are considered uninsurable in the standard market, extends its production incentive program to new agents and brokers for a chance to win earn an additional 5% bonus.
NEW BUSINESS INCENTIVE PROGRAM ON FSL's IMPAIRED RISK DI
PRODUCTS:
Effective on all new policies placed in force during 2005, we will pay an
additional 5% commission based on the following:
- MGAs will receive an equivalent 55% 1st Year
commission level upon placement of 24 cases in force during 2005.
- GAs will earn an equivalent 50% 1st Year commission
level upon placement of 12 cases in force during 2005.
- SGAs will earn an equivalent 45% 1st Year commission
level after placement of 6 cases in force.
The additional 5% will be paid retroactively to the first
dollar received upon attainment of the stated minimum production levels. The
retroactive
commission will become payable in the month after the 2005 in force production
is achieved. Future commissions on policies placed in force
during 2005 will be payable at that new level for the balance of 2005 and into
2006 on 1st Year collected premiums. The production bonus program
will be re-evaluated and modified as necessary in 2006.
As a further incentive during 2005, a 5% bonus will be
paid to all brokers based on the following annualized premium in force
production levels
attained during 2005:
- SGAs - $ 50,000 in annual premium.
- GAs - $100,000 in annual premium.
- MGAs - $150,000 in annual premium.
The 5% bonus will be paid on all collected 1st Year
premiums for business placed in force during 2005 as a lump-sum payment on
January 15, 2006. The
2nd installment payment will be paid on January 15, 2007 on all collected 1st
Year premiums of 2005 policies placed in force. This is a limited time
offer only, which will be applied to 2005/2006 collected premiums on policies
placed in force during 2005.
Members of Producer Groups will be compensated based on
their own agency production. The new business incentive program is effective
January 1,
2005 on all pending and new applications processed during 2005. This production
bonus program replaces all previous incentive plans announced in prior years.
