Company Profile

Risk Insurance and Reinsurance Solutions, Inc. (Risk), f/k/a Insurance Management International and IMI/Risk, formed a partnership in 1988 with Fidelity Security Life Insurance Company of Kansas City, MO, an "Excellent" (A-) rated company by AM Best Company, to provide a sub-standard disability income program to impaired risk, or hard-to-place individuals. Our 18+ year relationship is recognized as one of the strongest in the impaired risk field. We are the premier source of sub-standard DI coverage for the brokerage network, with the majority of business being written through members of NAILBA.

Risk, now fully established as impaired risk specialists, believes that the time is right to bring forth new and innovative products to the U. S. market. We are developing a new Preferred Platinum Plus DI product, which will be made available in 2005, at 10-15% discounted rates for the top 10% of our risks.

Risk is part of an international group of insurance and reinsurance brokerage offices situated in 10 countries with headquarters in Paris, France. Being associated with a major insurance conglomerate gives our company increased stability enabling us to concentrate on special niche programs, which we believe is the key to our continued growth in the U.S. and Worldwide.
